and Our Philosophy

OUR MISSION

Make a difference.

Our mission is to provide meaningful and individualized in-home pediatric clinical services. We assist children with disabilities and developmental delays in achieving inclusivity and an improved quality of life.

We seek to make a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve, and in the lives of our therapists that care so much about our families. Every day, all of our efforts are trained on achieving this mission.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

If we care about our employees, they will care about their patients.

We promise to deliver equity, altruism, innovation, positivity, and progressiveness to all the families we serve. Our vision is to create evidence-based practices, client-centered approaches, and do so in an environmentally-conscious manner.

In order to deliver on our mission, our approach is simple: care for our therapists and, in turn, they will care for our families. Our therapists enjoy industry-best compensation, fewer working hours, and industry-best benefits. This means that our therapists are able to focus more on you and your child.

Through this philosophy, we achieve our mission and we make a meaningful difference in the lives of your children.
