Easy Transition Process
Billed to Medicaid
We offer a bridge program for families transitioning from early intervention to home care pediatric therapy. Many times families are unsure how to access services after a child ages out of early intervention services by age three.
We offer a free consultation for transitioning to home care therapy and referral sources for clinics. We aim to find the best fit for you and your child.

Practitioner Coaching
Practitioners often share with us that they aren't sure when a patient needs therapy. The norm has been to refer them to an independent service that would conduct an evaluation, rather than referring directly. The sole purpose is to bypass a pre-diagnosis, simple based on a lack of awareness.

To our practitioner partners, we simple ask this: should a patient complain of chest pains, you would refer directly to a cardiologist, so why is diagnosing a potential therapy need so different?
No Cost
Referral Services
Typically involves a waiting list and months until care is received
Requires driving to a facility in order to complete evaluation
Exposes an inability to properly diagnose a diagnosable need
Direct Referrals
In-home evaluations can be scheduled in a matter of days
All evaluations are always free of charge to inquiring families.
We never accept a child for services if he or she will not truly benefit and grow from them
Acts as an extension of your comprehensive diagnoses
What We Offer
Via a short presentation conducted at the time of your choosing, experienced members of our staff will join your practitioners in your offices and share the "need to know" for properly identifying therapy needs in their patients.

There are zero costs for this service and absolutely no requirement to refer patients to Pediatric Therapy of Colorado. Truly no strings attached, which we realize is hard for practices to believe. Why do we do it? Because it's the right thing to do.
